| Remote Air Valves Operation Remote valves are designed to be operated by indirect interaction, by the sending of pilot pressure, depressing a cam roller or triggering a bleed button. The various designs allow a wide range of unique remote air valve applications. |
| Remote Air Valves Applications One sample application is to use a button bleeder remote air valve model. You can attach an air cylinder to a slide and place a bleed button at one end of the stroke. Use the other button bleeder to manually start the cycle. When the slide reaches and depressed the bleed button, the remote air valve will shift and return the slide to the original position. Muffler/flow controls can be used in the exhaust of the remote air valve to adjust your cylinder stroke rate. |
Anyone can understand the simple assembly of our remote air valves. Seals are standard O-rings and are available worldwide. If they should need replacing (after millions of cycles), the job can be quickly and easily done by anyone, without service or part drawings. There are no small loose parts to be damaged or lost, and no hidden seals to leak. |
